To cancel your subscription:

Log in to your account and click on the admin dropdown menu (located under "Welcome, Your Name" to the right).
- Select "My Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- On the left-hand side of the page, locate the "Account" section and click on the linked text that says "Subscription and Billing Information."
- This will take you to a new screen where you can cancel your account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page (under the "Update Payment Info" text) and find the text that says, "If you no longer wish to subscribe to The Information, you can cancel your account."
- Click on the "cancel your account" link and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been successfully canceled.
How to change or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Here’s what to do if you don’t see the subscription that you want.
- Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
How to change or cancel subscriptions on your Android device
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check that you are signed in to the correct Google Account
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel, pause, or change
- To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel subscription.
To avoid renewal, cancellations must be submitted and processed at least one day before the renewal date.
