We understand life can get busy. That’s why we offer annual subscribers the flexibility to pause their subscription for up to 60 days, once per subscription term.
What happens when you pause
- Your access will be disabled immediately once you pause.
- You won’t be billed during this time.
- Your subscription will be extended and automatically resume after 60 days, unless you choose to resume earlier.
- When it resumes, your billing cycle and access will pick up where you left off.
How to pause
To pause, start the cancellation process in your Account Settings. When prompted, select the pause option to confirm.
How to resume early
You can resume your subscription at any time before the 60-day window ends by going to Account Settings and clicking “Resume subscription”
Eligibility
The pause option is available only to annual subscribers. Each eligible subscriber can pause once per subscription term.
